A new educational project for young Ukrainian documentary film makers. Famous masters of Polish documentary film industry will conduct several master classes and lectures in Ukraine and Poland and tell how and where directors can find support.
Young directors and producers will work under creative guidance of the mentors on various stages of the project: from the conception to video recording, creation of trailer and preparation of the professional script. The project is managed by experienced Polish documentary film makers – Jacek Bławut, Mirosław Dembiński, Jacek Piotr Bławut, and Paweł Łoziński.
In conclusion, young cinematographers will take part in pitching in Warsaw, where they will personally present their works to TV editors and other potential sponsor and film industry representatives.
The educational program will continue from September to November 2017 and will include two meetings in Ukraine and one in Poland plus independent work of the participants throughout this period.
The project will conclude with the development stage of documentary film projects, but the mentors will not abandon their students even after its completion. They will put in great efforts in order to implement as many projects as possible to create films that will present the image of the modern Europe.
